Shipping
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment. You have the option to choose either Standard Shipping (economical, slower delivery via Post Malaysia Registered Mail™) or Express Shipping (fast delivery via Express Mail Services).
1. Standard Shipping (Flat Rate)
Cost Per Order: USD 18 Flat Rate
Shipping Time Frame
Orders are processed within 2 working days. Products will be shipped from Sarawak, Malaysia via Malaysia Post Office Registered Mail™ with a tracking number. Estimated transit time is 3 to 6 weeks, depending on your location. After arrival in your country, the package must pass through customs, which may take additional time. For most customers, delivery typically occurs within 4 to 6 weeks.
Note: Tracking is unavailable for Registered Mail or First-Class International Letter Class Mail in the USA, Canada, Australia, and some other countries. However, a signature upon delivery is still obtained as proof of receipt.
2. Express Shipping
Cost: Calculated at checkout
Express Shipping Time Frame
Orders are processed within 2 working days. Products are shipped from Sarawak, Malaysia via Express Mail Services with a tracking number. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location. A signature is required upon delivery as proof of receipt.
Returns and Refunds
Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return items purchased from Jamaican Black Stone for a full credit or refund (minus postage fees) under the following conditions:
- Item is in new and unopened condition with original packaging
- Item was received damaged
- Incorrect item was shipped
Note: Jamaican Stone may sometimes break during transit. This does not affect the product and cannot be returned for this reason.
We do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 7 days after receipt. Products cannot be returned if you simply do not like them.
